Set beneath the impressive oak trees and speckled wine country light of Healdsburg, California, this wedding weekend was designed to feel deeply romantic and entirely of its surroundings.

Guests gathered on the oak tree lawn for a ceremony in the round, an important detail for the couple who wanted to feel fully surrounded and immersed by their loved ones as they said “I do.” From there, the energy shifted into cocktail hour with passed cocktails, a raw bar, and live horns setting the tone for the evening ahead.

The musicians eventually led guests through the property and vineyards, revealing the reception lawn.

For the design, we wanted something timeless and old-world, but with unexpected moments of color and personality. Golden chartreuse met soft mauve and ivory, while a custom vintage floral print—first introduced in the invitation suite—reappeared on personalized dinner menus. The print added just the right amount of pattern against ivy-white embroidered linens, creating tables that felt collected, romantic, and quietly detailed.

As the sun disappeared behind the vines, guests settled in for an alfresco dinner before the evening gave way to endless dancing. But the night was far from over. The celebration continued at “Club W,” where the atmosphere shifted into something playful and decidedly late-night.

A five-foot-long wedding cake, DJ and live horns, espresso martinis, and shimmering disco fringe transformed the space entirely. Guests danced beneath the fringe well into the night—the perfect high-energy finale to a romantic weekend in wine country.
